Shipping & Returns

Order & Shipping Processing Time

All of our products are hand finished and take time to produce. We aim to ship all orders out within 2-3 days of receiving them. Occasionally this make take longer. If you have a concern about delivery time please contact us before ordering. We consider most items "Commonly Stocked" as we try to keep on hand several of each finished product. If there are several orders at once it may be up to 3 weeks for us to produce additional of any missing products. Thank you for your understanding, we want to give consistently high quality products to our customers and that can't be rushed. Being a small company we can only produce products so quickly and keep up quality and consistency. 


Shipping Method

All items are shipped USPS. Speed options are given during checkout if they are available. Most often we allow First Class Parcel, Priority Mail and Priority Mail International. If one of these methods is not available to you then USPS has determined the package can not be sent that way. 

Customs forms are included for countries which require it and values are stated on the forms. 

Returned packages, unless our fault, will be re-delivered with the actual re-shipment cost due by the customer. 


Order Issues

If any item is received with any issue, please let us know right away and we will make it right. 


Returns

You can return your unused, original packaged items to us within 30 days. You pay for the return shipping and we will refund you 90% of your original purchase price. 10% is a restocking fee and to cover our original shipping costs. Any used or damaged items will be rejected unless a return was discussed originally. Package and ship the items accordingly, in a similar manner in which you received them. Poor packaging and damage during return shipment will be the customer's responsibility. 


Warranty

Items come with a 30 day warranty. Any defects, issues or faults will be resolved if brought to our attention within 30 days of delivery. After this point we will do our best to provide any resolution we can with any issues that may arise. At our discretion, replacement parts will be sent if available. Reasonable costs associated with these parts, after 30 days, will be advised to the customer for payment if necessary.
